Speech is evil. It was the cause of my first ever panic attack.
And yes, this morning, it was actually a panic attack:

Twitchiness/fidgeting.
Hyperventilating.
Losing my train of thought.
Slight nausea.

Oh, joy. :|

But I got a big hug from Gabe after that class;
that calmed me down some and made me
feel lots better, so that was good.
Yay for my faux big brother! haha :]
